Looks like Windows wasn’t lying about being low on memory. It wanted to close Titanfall. Let it close it, checked how much memory is being used, around 10 GB. I could try and find what is using a lot of memory, or better just buy more next month.
nvstreamsvc.exe is using the most memory, around 800 MB. Not sure all the stuff running adds up to around 9 GB. I killed that process, and then restarted the NVIDIA streaming service. Went down to around 8 GB. Looks like you just need to restart the NVIDIA streaming service.
