Look at the bad review on Newegg. They still gave it three stars. Thermaltake has a cheaper non cube case.
Sounds like it doesn't have good enough airflow, so it will most likely overheat.
The under $50 one, probably has good enough airflow, just add two front fans. Does she care if they are loud as fuck? Those are the front fans I have, I'd buy two more. Oh wait, she might not want it anyways. Well, that means it'll be my third computer. And I don't care how loud the fans are. I'll have two PCs and one Mac mini. The only Windows, is in a VM on my primary desktop. That is barely used.
What about the $31 Rosewill? Can you put two loud ass 120mm fans in the front?
Don't buy a cube case, if you plan on putting a GPU in it, and no water cooling. My Mac mini doesn't have a dedicated GPU, and it gets hot. Only one fan. One screw not attached, the lame standoff came off. You'd need something other then a screwdriver to fix it.
