I bought that long ago, gave it to my mom. And apparently she doesn’t want it anymore. That’s one way to get something you had in the past back, without rebuying it.
Says it can zoom to 600mm, and my teleconverter, can attach to it directly, without any adapter. It can’t do RAW though. Blow the highlights, and may or may not be fixable with the JPG.
The battery that was dead for who knows how long, is charging.
I remember, I was trying to make the flash not as strong, with a piece of black electrical tape, and then I saw smoke. Then that mode didn’t seem to work. But works on auto I think. Was I trying to use the flash in that other mode? The flash might have issues after the smoke.
Well, don’t need the flash to use outside anyways. And that camera is light too. Might not need a tripod either.
That’s how you see a camera’s LCD in the sun. Now I just need a white beard. Don’t know if any young people wear such a hat. Don’t like baseball caps. Maybe don’t wear that when walking, easy to run into something. The brim can go up though. Then put it down when taking photos.
Otherwise, you might have to look more up in the sky to see.
