You may have to fix/diagnose your own problems with Namecrane

They may have read my email, but didn’t actually look into the issue. As it would have been obvious, it was pointing to the wrong IP.

I had the domain on my other account, on a different server, but they use the same name servers for all servers. So it was working, but on the wrong account. So of course getting a SSL certificate didn’t work.

After deleting the domain from the wrong account, it eventually worked.

If I get asked to take a survey, I may have to take it.

I didn’t pay enough attention to realize the name server was the same, then I remembered, it might be, and I remembered it was on my other account. Should have looked at the IP it was pointing to, not just the name servers. Would have saved me the trouble of getting told it was a DNS propagation issue. That’s what I thought it was, so they just agreed with me, instead of looking into it.

And no the domain wasn’t registered recently. I’ve had the domain for who knows how long. Too lazy to look.
